The new residential development in Vilamoura proposes to combine natural and urban aspects in a green project that is both elegant and sober. The refuge of exclusive features comprises 35 flats with generous indoor and outdoor areas. Its project follows the highest standards of environmental responsibility and its architecture is born from a fluid approach, understanding and enhancing the natural relationship with the surrounding space. Throughout their life cycle, from the time they are constructed until they are dismantled, buildings develop significant environmental impacts. In the European Union, for example, they are responsible for around 40% of carbon dioxide emissions and 35% of raw material consumption.
