This residential building will have 26 floors above ground and will consist of 195 flats with typologies ranging from T0 to T5 duplex. The aim of this project with regard to sustainability is to obtain BREEAM certification.

Its 80 metres high will make it one of the tallest buildings in Lisbon.
Located in Campolide, it will offer a panoramic view over the city, namely Monsanto, Lisbon and the Tagus River. Its cloverleaf design branches off from the central core into three arms spread widely over the city. Each wing is distinct in the organisation of the flat types, resulting from the varying views and level of sun exposure. With sleek modern lines, the height is modelled with art and ingenuity in a design free of sharp edges, softening the immense volume of the structure against the horizon, and emphasising the vertical axis.
