The new Krestlis building is intended to form a harmonious whole with the neighbouring building through its foundations, as if it were an extension of the existing unit. Above ground, the buildings remain autonomous, reflecting a distinctive use, enriching the urban landscape.
The project has an approved BREEAM Design Stage Certification. With a total of 14 floors, the transversal base unit is composed of the first three floors intended for the provision of services, on which a vertical unit with 10 office floors is positioned. Inside the building, the spaces are designed to be large, with excellent natural lighting throughout the periphery, filtered by a system of vertical blades that control the incidence of sunlight and protect the visibility of the neighbouring unit. From the outset, the Krestlis office was designed with excellent sustainability performance in mind.
