Considering the particularities inherent to a project of this nature, it was subject to an energy modelling process, designed using thermodynamic simulation tools and according to BREEAM certification parameters. It allows energy efficiency solutions and their respective HVAC systems and consumption to be properly defined, enabling a consumption profile of excellence to be drawn up, once the solutions and systems capable of optimising comfort and reducing energy consumption and associated costs to a minimum have been identified.
