Certifications
We develop project assessment and consulting services in accordance with the BREEAM, LEED, WELL and SBTool sustainable construction certification systems, as well as other internationally recognized systems. Our work is carried out continuously during the design and construction stages, offering our customers the most adjusted and profitable solutions for each project.
Dynamic Simulations
We develop Building Performance Simulations (BPS) to assess energy performance, natural lighting, air renewal and thermal comfort, with the aim of identifying solutions to improve buildings with a view to maximizing their energy efficiency.
Bioclimatic Design
Optimization of passive architecture based on bioclimatic principles for sustainable, comfortable and energy efficient buildings. Passive design solutions are defined according to local atmospheric conditions (temperature, wind origin, etc.) and the use defined for each building.
Net Zero Energy Buildings
After the European Directive on the energy performance of buildings imposed by the end of 2020 the legal obligation to implement Zero Energy Buildings (ZEB) and Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB), these requirements have become one of the main objectives of our customers. NZEB buildings are characterized by efficient energy consumption systems, coupled with energy production systems that generate a neutral balance or very close to zero.
